"TO PROVIDE A STRONG FOUNDATION
FOR THE MUSICIAN OF TOMORROW”….

About Us

The Music School of Wilmington is a premier contemporary music facility that offers specific studies, designed to meet the needs, criteria, and demands of each student.

Our carefully chosen faculty teach their students to develop learning steps in their own personal areas of study.

In every lesson, we aid each student by furthering the students growth into the musician they aspire to be. The Music School of Wilmington offers private instruction to beginning, intermediate, and advance students.

The school provides state of the art facilities, which includes seven soundproof teaching studios, a recital hall, which seats over 50 people, along with two large soundproof rehearsal rooms. These studios will also be used for group class ensembles.

Our teaching studios are equipped with two complete acoustic drum sets per studio, guitar amplifiers, bass amplifiers, keyboards and acoustic pianos. In addition, the school provides musical supplies such as drum sticks, beginner cymbal packs, saxophone reeds, piano methods, and additional sheet music.

The Music School of Wilmington features lessons on disc. This unique product allows the students lesson to be recorded on a mini DVD camcorder, allowing the student to take the lesson home to work on during the week, in preparation for his/her next lesson.
